Light House at work .... Info-Technology section

Why choose Light House?
to promote or advertise your Band Association, Activities, Gym etc ... by printing your logo on clothing and gadgets (t-shirts, sweatshirts, key rings, pins, magnets).

How do we work?
The prints are handmade clothing with screen printing method . It starts with a design (logo, written etc ..) with which it impresses a frame in the darkroom. After we get the water developed in the frame with the mask of the design that is specifically established and registered on the carousel. Now all that remains is the color spread on the frame and pull it with a tool like a spatula, the color penetrates the frame only in part be drawn and deposited on the t-shirt underneath.

Product Ethics
blank t-shirts we offer are of good quality, 100% cotton with good strength and weight (model man-woman-child). The brand is B & C, a brand that follows the code of conduct Fair Wear Foundation. The basic concepts are: no child labor, no forced labor, safe and healthy working conditions, employment contract law, payment of fair wages, freedom of association and right to wage bargaining, no discrimination against employees, working time is not excessive.

Environmentally
Colors are water-based (as opposed to plastisols, dying more widespread on the market very toxic) and leave no residues harmful to the environment during processing. In addition, we remind you that the t-shirt is always in contact with your skin.

Historical note on the Screen ...

Photobucket The silkscreen stencil comes from, much less prepared to use, but despite this, there is evidence to suggest that the Phoenicians used it even exists and who consider them the only true inventors of this technique. It was later introduced in Japanese, where, despite since there is no firm evidence, many claim that more than two thousand years ago the Chinese were actually the first to use human hair attached to the wooden frames. The technique was further developed in Japan, where he began to use frames made of silk and lacquer applied on the matrix.
The technique was then exported to France. The modern silk screen process was instead created by Samuel Simon in the early twentieth century, in England. The idea was then adopted by John Pilsworth in San Francisco, California, who in 1914 used the technique to make screen prints at about the multi- same way as would be done today.
During the First World War, the technique became more popular, since it was used as an industrial process for printing flags and emblems.
Most famous silkscreen portraying the face of Marilyn Monroe created by Andy Warhol, from a photograph by Gene Korman used for advertising the 1953 film Niagara.
screen printing on one side suffers the competition of inkjet printing, very competitive on short runs (always higher market demand and marketing), on the one hand, it is increasingly common to find a screen unit placed in other types of processing machines (especially machines for flexographic).
A curiosity: screen printing is currently the only printing system that can use chocolate as ink (even if you are making such evidence with digital technologies).

All that I need

Choose life, choose a job Choose a career Choose a family, choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol and dental insurance, choose fixed interest mortgage repayments, choose a starter home, choose your friends, choose leisure wear and matching luggage, choose a three-piece suite on hire purchase cover with a range of fucking fabrics, choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on Sunday morning, choose sitting on that couch in beating their brains and spirit with the quiz while you are force-fed junk food. Choose rotting away at the end, to kick the bucket in a miserable home, an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourself, choose a future, choose life. But why would I do such a thing? I chose not to choose life, I chose something else, why? There are no reasons who needs reasons when the heroine?
