The project was born for this video with my Start-Up, Fandis Lab, and the need to explain briefly but effectively in a time that did not exceed 10-15 minutes, the complexity and breadth of offerings. Having attempted it several times to words in the early days of our adventure, I realized that listeners were impressed by things that was very difficult to explain in a purely descriptive, and so I found myself increasingly speak of the 'spirit' that we animated and telling stories, show photos ... more than 'explain' and 'describe' would need to 'tell' our experience, our daily lives, highlighting situations and emotions rather than facts sterile.
The video not only allows us time to concentrate on a just place the image and story, but can 'swim' the other person very far away geographically and everything in once a small, sustainable for the more impatient listener. The
lipdub is chronologically preceded by a corporate video content from more traditional, however, presented to the observer to accompany the reading of our specificity. The music video can be seen therefore from time to time as 'stand-alone' or as 'tail markings' of our presentation.
Finally, in this context, I wish to emphasize the educational function of this experience, as the production of video and in particular the lipdub, encompassed the entire staff, which together with the specialists created the plot, the lyrics and even music, in a long process of development and review, which at times has also led to abrupt changes of direction, arriving a couple of times to mess things up (thanks for your patience Jader ...).
This process involved an initial phase of 'introspection' and 'analysis' of the group as a whole and the objectives that we proposed. Then a phase of 'development' and 'write', followed by a phase of 'confrontation' and discussion of the concerns and fears (in relation to its role in the project), and finally a phase of 'array' content and production. In all this we have become better understood and appreciated what we know and want to do and have increased the level of sharing and trust within the team, which I think may also be noted in the final result ....
To get a better understanding of how complex the project is submitted to a preliminary examination, I like the idea of \u200b\u200bsharing here (exclusive, mind you well!) The 'mental map' drawn up at the very first brainstorming:

This is undoubtedly experience that I recommend to anyone who has something to tell, but invite you to reflect on the fact that the result will depend on what you really want to put in the game ...
